1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Management

Players who open or attempt to open more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or payment methods — are in breach of these Terms. 399btc employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 399btc will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any dormancy fee or account closure procedure is applied.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the 399btc platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in cryptocurrency or foreign currencies at this time.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. Processing times are typically 1–4 hours from the time of approval, though delays caused by third-party payment processors are beyond 399btc's control.

5 Bonuses and Promotions
